Pumpkin Spiced Cookies. A Great Snack After School or After Supper. They Are Delicious And healthy!

Pumpkin Spiced Cookies


Ingredients:

2 cups canned pumpkin 
1 1/2 cups brown sugar 
1/2 cups margarine 
2 eggs 
2 3/4 cups flour 
1 tablespoon Baking powder 
1 tablespoon cinnamon 
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1/4 teaspoon ginger

Directions:

1) in a small mixing bowl combine dry ingredients, set aside
2) Combine pumpkin, margarine, eggs & Brown Sugar in a large mixing bowl. 
3) Add dry ingredients, mix well
4) Bake at 325F for 12-15
